About Me
Growing up as a competitive cyclist, I learned early that the line between performance and injury is razor-thin — and that understanding the body is what separates those who recover from those who don't. That passion led me to the IST-Studieninstitut, where I earned my diploma as a certified Sport & Health Trainer (IST), alongside A-licences in Personal Training, Back Training and Medical Fitness, and certifications in Sports Nutrition and Supplement Consulting.
