These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the coaching services provided by Iliass Hasnany Personal Training ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Iliass Hasnany, Rosenheim, Bavaria, Germany. By purchasing a plan or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.
We provide online personal training and back pain rehabilitation coaching services, including but not limited to: personalised workout programs, nutritional guidance, bi-weekly check-in calls, and access to our coaching app. Services are delivered remotely via digital platforms.
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Germany as §312g BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, by purchasing our services and ticking the confirmation checkbox at checkout, you expressly request that the service begins immediately upon purchase. You acknowledge and agree that by requesting immediate commencement of the service, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with §356 Abs. 4 BGB and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Widerrufsbelehrung (German): Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Durch Ihre ausdrückliche Zustimmung beim Kauf, dass die Dienstleistung sofort beginnen soll, erlischt Ihr Widerrufsrecht gemäß §356 Abs. 4 BGB, sobald wir mit der Ausführung der Dienstleistung begonnen haben.

Due to the digital and personalised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a billing period has begun and program materials have been delivered. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your program, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or provide a credit.
No refunds on minimum commitment periods. If you cancel before completing your minimum commitment period, the remaining months will be charged in full.
Our coaching services are for fitness and general wellness purposes only. We are not medical doctors, physiotherapists, or licensed healthcare providers. Our programs do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All workout programs, nutritional guides, video content, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Iliass Hasnany Personal Training. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own fitness purposes only.
To cancel your subscription, email us at iliass.fitcoach@gmail.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the program until the period ends.
To the maximum extent permitted by German law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rosenheim, Bavaria, Germany.
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Active clients will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance.
